Pros

Cab facility, free Lunch, nice pantry, flexible working hours, team outings every quarter

Cons

Calling people's manager as engineering manager, no proper vision for future, not much learning from the project, interview standards are going down in the need of hiring too many people, no proper roadmap, worklife will be disturbed a lot duing oncall time

Height of politics, by insecure and incompetent managers. Most managers were program managers earlier with no technology background.
