Pros

Really enjoyed all the staff, from my immediate coworkers to those in other departments. Also enjoyed most of the managers and thought that the infrastructure for solving problems or complaints was really impressive. Half hour or one hour breaks depending on your shift and of course there's the employee discount on store items. Training was simple and you learned one thing at a time and quickly found places to be useful right from the start. It often gets pretty busy, but that makes the time go fast.

Cons

Some disconnect between staff and managers seems to lead to a lot of scheduling mishaps at this location. For the deli, closing shift is a monster to tackle by oneself, which often happens to those most experienced in closing, you have to ask to be taken off or on it otherwise. You just have to make sure you speak to the right higher ups.
