Pros

Money is okay love the people I work with. They seem to appreciate what I do and how hard I work.

Cons

The will work you to death! No breaks or lunches. You have to just make time between calls. The higher you go in the chain of management the more clouded it gets

Pros

If you have the patience to fight corporate red tape, you can go far. Find what problems your boss' boss is trying to solve, and carve out some time to chip away at it.

Cons

Just be prepared for lots of "lifers" who are accustomed to a slow pace and don't have much personal incentive to help you.
