Pros

You're given plenty of chances. They don't hire you to fire you. It can be pretty easy work depending on which area you end up in. They do promote from within the company. A lot of opportunity for over time

Cons

No one cares. Management doesn't care about the associate and associates don't care about the company. You will hit a skill cap almost immediately. This can make you rather expendable.

Pros

Everyone helps each other out, we rely on one another for everything to run smoothly,we are a Walmart family, everyone is treated fairly and equally .Plus all the water you drink your skin will look great.

Cons

Make sure you wear proper foot wear because "your feet will hurt" . It's easy to forget to drink water when your busy but it's a must you will wear yourself out, make sure you stay safe or you can hurt yourself or someone else.
