Pros

Pay is good but they will try to work you until you break. There is a cap on pay so once you get to that then you are at a stand still without any advancement opportunities. For this being a distribution center the options are limited.

Cons

Medical insurance is a joke, most employees did not even purchase it. The managers only care about the numbers at the end of the day. You will receive many write ups for not making production due to the numbers needed every single day. Do great for three days then get a bad load on day 4 and thats it you just lost your numbers for the week and will be written up. That place is such a joke with probably the highest turn over rate anywhere within 200 miles.

Pros

It was a good place to work. The warehouse was not to for from home so it was good for me.

Cons

I don"t think there was a down side. They were all good to me there.

Pros

Great money & Great benefits! Good work hours and schedule. A good job if you can handle it and maintain 95% productivity consistently.

Cons

Extremely high & unrealistic production goals that are very hard to meet/achieve. The bottom line is that all they care about is production, it's a game of numbers. They are slave drivers.
