You have no rights

Pros

$11/hr, good coworkers, customers arent usually bad, good music to listen to.

Cons

You have no rights as an employee. They can change your job and make you do things you did not apply for and if you don't like it they will fire you. If you work hard and make it to a full time position they do not care and will not give you your hours you are legally supposed to have. If you speak out against management your hours will get cut. Do not even mention unionizing or you will get fired.

Moving to High Performance Culture is a mistake

Pros

Pay for the area is just about unbeatable.

Cons

High Performance Culture means that your coworkers now have a monetary incentive to throw you under the bus. Your bonus is based on your performance and the overall company's performance, ranked against everyone else at your pay level. Work life balance is fairly horrid at the higher levels.
