unlimited vacation, smart people, great office & snacks

Cons

category specialist program is geared towards people straight out of college. they are very rigid and don't flex to accommodate those coming in with more years of experience.

- There are not enough opportunities for growth and learning - Many teams still work on legacy stuff - Not at all a good work/life balance - Most of the time you get to do only support work resulting in loss of productive time and at times can be hectic also - Lack of transparency and clarity within teams as well as across teams - Lot of favouritism and politics
