Salary, company-wide negativity at store level, no home work balance possible, long hours, no set schedule, rotation from days to overnights, no pay incentive for education, no appreciation for hard work, unrealistic list of responsibilities

Pros

They were pretty flexible with your hours for part-time staff and considerate about giving time off during exam season if you're a student.

Cons

They force you to sell the Walmart MasterCard and don't understand that it's annoying to customers and ruins the interaction. Management also doesn't do much about customers who berate and abuse workers.
