Pros

Flexibility to move into different positions pretty much in any state. Salary is decent, several benefits.

Cons

Depends of the facility manager. Long hours, company used to be family oriented, now your just a number. Treat their people like crap. No work life balance.

Pros

All Salary employees get annual bonus in April, 10% discount in Walmart; Walmart Fitness Center is nice

Cons

Salaries are well below average; will work very hard for little pay; organization going through constant layoffs (some that management have no say in) which causes some associates to feel very uneasy about stability in terms of making a living; 45 hour work week in Technology; Worst insurance ever; Company is not really interested in embracing diversity because the majority of minorities feel out of place so they leave the company.
