Pros

You get a bonus if walmart does good in sales at the end of the year, good if you're desperate for money and a job

Cons

Felt like jail, they didn't want you to talk to your coworkers, not fun, management didn't care about employees, get written up for the smallest things

Pros

Every shift goes by fast as long as you stay busy and there's ALWAYS stuff to stay busy with. Two 15 breaks, 1 hour lunch. Pays more than any other entry level retail positions in my city + annual performance based raises. If you're a good worker, you won't have to worry about getting hours cut ever. Very lax with attendance

Cons

Very difficult to get time off approved Favoritism Co worker gossip/drama Day shift workers are annoying
