Pros

Fast-paced environment, flat organization, so there are many opportunities for career development. Organization is on the leading edge of change in retail and tech industries.

Cons

Dynamic environment, so it's difficult to get in a groove with daily responsibilities. Requires a high degree of adaptability. Systems have not been updated, creating challenges to get good data quickly and easily.

Pros

The diversity of walmart is it's greatest asset. I've meet so many different people from different backgrounds. I have life long friends and great respect for the workers who stay.

Cons

The management team only cares about how they look to their bosses. No matter how it gets done the the management team is will ask for almost the impossible and not care about what rules get broken to get it done. This results in workers safety at the lowest possible priority.

Pros

I don't have any pros for this position. They always want more and steal your life away from your family

Cons

They suck the life out of you always asking for more. They talk about work life balance but all the store managers I have met are slaves to the company and expect you to be as well
