Pros

Walmart used to have a wonderful culture! Our values meant something and the people truly made working for Walmart a great experience. The scale of the organization allows for meaningful work with high impact outcomes. But with great values sometimes people get complacent. We did not have a performance culture but it was a great place to be.

Cons

Former Accenture leaders now with Walmart hiring only their Accenture friends. Everyone gives a good talk but nobody knows how to execute anything. Pure chaos disguised as "Transformation" ... HR is a joke. Have been transforming for 2 years and there absolutely nothing to show - other than very poorly managed layoffs.

Pros

None, awful company to work for

Cons

Worst management staff you will ever deal with. Will give away anything just so a customer isnt mad even if they are wrong.
