Pros

Company has adapted to a flex work schedule which allows you to select your hours and as well a work from home day. This beenfit helps manage time and save on long commutes

Cons

The company over time has changed and the culture has gone to the waste side. Once a company that felt like family is now on the verge of feeling like we are little minions doing work dictated to us.

Pros

It is a great Job. There is a lot ore to it than some would think. People usually assume that all we do is "walk around all day looking for shoplifters". That is a huge part of the job and I spend the majority of my time looking for shoplifters but there is so much more we do other than that.

Cons

The only downside to this position is really the hours. I mainly work mid shifts, 10-7, 11-8, 12-9. I normally don't work any later than that given my store is in a small community and goes dead after 9:00. However if you get into a store in a metro area where it busy 24/7 then you can expect to work a variety of different shifts.

Pros

The benefits and pay are both good.

Cons

Horrid working conditions, ALWAYS UNderstaffed, Pharmacy managers are NOT in charge, just the whipping post. District managers are NOT pharmacists, pressure you do to unethical things, in some cases break regulations. Are able to totally destroy your career (if they take a disliking to you) Oh, and another fun fact, if you mention UNION, you'll be gone in a week! The 'Open door policy' Wal-mart claims, is a laughable JOKE!
