Pros

It does have a start up culture and you ideas are given a chance.

Cons

Of course it is an enterprise company. So when you are working on a project, too much discussion happens on the consequences of what we do. Ultimately, we end up doing very little to nothing.

Pros

Know your business, respect your people. It is just as any other retail operation would operate, as long as you care for your position. Excellent pay, yet you must prove you can live up to the expectations.

Cons

Be ready to work, retail is not 9-5. I was a store manager prior to entering WalMart, no different.
