Pros

Despite being Walmart, and some of the intensity that comes with a large corporation, I worked with some of the nicest, most inclusive ppl ever. The company is diverse, has lots of female leaders and pays well.

Cons

Sometimes leadership feels very disconnected. Holiday hours and workload is intense (it is retail).

Pros

Despite popular belief pay is very good if you're willing to work. Feeling of accomplishment knowing that where you work is where the public comes to get thing they need for their day to day life.

Cons

The job can be stressful. Sometimes your peers don't carry their fair share of the work load causing added stress or more work that needs to be done.
