Pros

I enjoy talking to and getting to know the customers. I also enjoying helping them when they can't find something or answering their questions about a product.

Cons

The main downside of working at Walmart is the hour for lunch. I was never use to having that long if time.

Pros

Salary and benefits were only positive

Cons

Passive aggressive culture. No understanding of roles. Heavy workload coupled with most time spent attending insignificant meetings. People in senior/mentoring positions with little experience or knowledge of the role.
