Pros

Great job, full time, benefits and your not micromanaged. Excellent job if your going into criminal justice. Flexible schedule.

Cons

If you like a set schedule this isn't for you. You have a minimal quota each month for apprenhensions, not all bad its not that hard to obtain. Slow days and busy days.

Pros

Is a great place to learn a fast pace, constantly changing environment. Keeps you on your toes. Highly recommend, If you are a quick learner and like to be physically, mentally and professionally challenged

Cons

Not the place for those that have a low sense of urgency. Need to be available 24 hours, 7 days a week. needless to say not for those of us that have a family or enjoy any type of personal life. I am a member of upper management but I find myself helping the staff out more often than not so they can spend time with their families. In my opinion they appreciate it and in turn work harder for me.
