Pros

Many areas and positions to choose from. There is always something else to learn and there is constant change within the company.

Cons

Sometimes there is confusion in the company. For example, programs are rolled out but only 80% figured out. The company relies on their associates to figure out these flaws and communicate them up so they can be fixed. On the plus side issues that are communicated up are fixed rapidly.

Pros

I get to learn every department and each departments safety rules. The position allows me to have variety in the work environment.

Cons

The cons to working in every department is the issue of completing safety tasks and assuring OSHA guidelines are followed completely. As an asset protection associate I prefer being thorough in my position. Proper documentation of paper work, and safety zones is essential yo the company.
