Pros

\I was extremely satisfied with my salary, the management, and overall comradery of the many other satisfied employees. I felt that my peers were extremely supportive when I had a question about procedures and other sales related issues.

Cons

The customers were somewhat disoriented with the layout of the store, however, the employees directed them to proper areas with extreme confidence.

Pros

Was nice to be able to create my own schedule a month in advance. I loved how I had the freedom to work on my own and be able to be productive without being micromanaged.

Cons

Risk of getting hurt. The policies are becoming more and more ridiculous within the company. Any little thing you do wrong can lead to immediate termination. Catching shoplifters to save assets isn't the first priority anymore, its to not get into a situation where the shoplifter could sue Walmart based on a ridiculous claim involving their safety or false accusations of being a shoplifter.

Pros

Not what I expected! Some of the smartest, fastest moving business people in the industry who get to specialize in a small field all help propel your creative to be seen by more eyes than most any eCommerce (2nd to Amazon). Creative management nourishes talent with fun jobs that fit their expertise. Be honest about your strengths because there is probably a place for them! Love my time there, and push the industry's best creatives to give them a look.

Cons

Corporate cheers. :( I think Apple stores salespeople have a similar cheer, but its strange in an office place.
