Pros

They will usually work with your schedule/availability but not always. Overall though it was an easy job and if you're a good employee you will be liked but might get extra responsibilities. Where I worked the pay was good though, especially for the job. Just show up and do what you're asked to do and you will be fine.

Cons

This is just from personal experience, but management doesn't really care about you as an individual. I had a personal item stolen from me from a fellow employee and one of the guys on management didn't help me at all. Claimed he looked at the cameras but they "weren't working" that day...sure. Also lazy people will get 20 chances before they're fired but a hard-working person will make one mistake and get fired, so take that as you will.
