Pros

It's a Job I Guess.

Cons

Attendance policy, Pay, this particular store shows favoritism and you can feel the tension from alot of the coaches, leads, and managers. The company does not care about the employees at all. Hard work doesn't really get you nowhere but used and abused. It's a lot more but for right now I hit 🎯.

Pros

Original management team was amazing, and handled issues in and outside of the department. They always worked as a team, even if they didn't have it together.

Cons

The new management team messed everything up in the process of trying to fix the store, and has little to no training as managers. They are petty, and lie to their associates. It feels like they aren't professional, and only care about team leads and managers.
