Pros

walmart employee perks such as discounts. Open door policy. Schedule was mostly consistent.

Cons

some who were in management positions were unprofessional. Pay could have been better or have higher raises. Walmart is a big enough company that should be able to show more care to employees. Not enough supporting staff scheduled. Expects you to do multiple jobs but of course you’re only getting paid the minimum for your assigned position.
