Pros

I've been able to personally grow with Wal-Mart from hourly to a salaried manager within the business. They are tough and have high expectations, but they also offer rewards for it.

Cons

They are very demanding, and the hours become very hectic during the holiday and busy seasons.

Pros

I work weekends so I work 3 days a week and get 4 days off. They pay you 16.35 as a truck loader in the distribution center. And the insurance is great

Cons

You spend your 4 days off dreading coming into work. Its 12 hour shifts, 3 days straight. I wake up at 4am to be there at 530. But i live close so im sure my Co workers that live further away have to get up earlier. They check your productivity weekly (cases per trailer) and if you don't meet it you get marks
