Pros

Great culture , respect for associates( employees). Growth & training opportunities ,options for lateral moves. Follow the industry benchmark in terms of pay package. Good infrastructure /facilities.

Cons

Frequent changes in strategy, leadership of Global sourcing wing. Too many ups and downs ,it is still not the key sourcing channel for WM stores.

Cons

Its not the most glamorous of jobs or places to work, but it is not going anywhere so you have some security.

Pros

Wal-Mart has changed my life and my eyes. I see the bigger side of retail and is proud to be apart of the Walmart management.

Cons

Alot of critical thinking and you must know what you are doing in every situation.
