Pros

they have always treated me very nice and all in I had had very good experiences and worked at 2 stores. I have always found someone higher up , if you show any interest in advancement, they will take you under their wing

Cons

They arent always nice to everybody. Its like school, and anywhere else, some people dont get treated as good as others

Pros

If you are mobile the possibilities are endless. Store mgrs are the ones that are well paid. Current schedules for mgrs are 3 on 3 off.

Cons

14 hour days for mgrs. Rotations include graveyard schedules that include 14 hour shifts. Lots of weekend shifts as well as most holidays.
