Pros

- Very flexible with scheduling - a huge plus as a college student. They could give me hours and work around my schedule for ANY kind of availability - a huge plus. - 10% discount after 3 months of working.

Cons

- Many lower level supervisors don't know much more than standard cashiers and customer service reps. - Very disoriented at times (supervisors). - Management and supervisors take their time when helping both customers and employees (especially new employees). To where is might take 10 minutes to receive help from them when your lane is busy. - Not great pay. - I'm pretty sure customers drink a tall glass of a-hole juice before coming in to shop. - It's Walmart.
