Pros

There is a nice working environment. Also, there are decent opportunities to move up within the company so that is good.

Cons

Management wasn't overly excited at the idea of fresh ideas. It seemed as if there is a precise plan that cannot be deviated from.

Pros

Walmart has a very lax system for working. if you're 1-14 minutes late there's absolutely no penalty

Cons

not much room to move up, and when they do, they move the wrong people. power hungry 30-somethings who have no experience and the wrong personality for 'department manager'
