No work life balance anymore , if you need certain days off and shift they most likely won't work with you

Pros

The Discount Card is good for saving a little bit of cash on GM items, but it's mostly useless for grocery shopping. IF your store meets certain standards, you MIGHT get a small bonus. If you do your work like you're trained to and at good pace, you'll never get noticed by management until something outside of your control goes wrong.

Cons

If one of the two fresh teams doesn't pull it's weight, the afternoon team will likely be on the receiving end of managements wrath regardless of which team is slacking. This is because management is not present for most of the shift for the first team.
