Pros

Some employees are really cool, you meet and make friends with a lot of different people, no drug testing, forgiving attendance policy, flexible scheduling

Cons

Disproportionate wage-to-work ratio, not enough hours, anti-trans and racist culture is pervasive and well-tolerated, seniority gives you the green light to get away with murder, management doesn't take health and safety protocols seriously, retaliation is frequent, employee concerns are never treated seriously.
