Pros

Schedule was reliable at 40 hours minimum per week and schedule was predictable. Great team lead for our daytime stock team but management above him was subpar. Advancement in the store appears to be based more on relationships instead of merit and hard work.

Cons

Most managers are unqualified and treat the employees as expendable. As a result, morale is pretty low. Those who "brown-nose" are given opportunities over those who are more qualified and better workers. Individual efforts and work are often not seen and recognized due to the independent nature of the stocking job and the ones who kiss up to management get opportunities over those who work harder and are more knowledgable.
