Pros

Great pay, opportunities, and networking groups.

Cons

The hiring process is skewed. Most often the final candidate is decided prior to following the interview process. Other candidates are interviewed for the role only to appear that the process was executed as required. Also, need diversity, equity, and inclusion program implemented. Diversity is needed in senior management roles.
