Pros

Benefits overall are good and opportunities for growth

Cons

While there are numerous opportunities for growth, it is also difficult to progress due to their hiring practices. Need more flexibility with working from home, even with 3/2 flex schedule

Pros

None at this point. Slowly working itself out of relevance.

Cons

C-suite level is intentionally making conditions miserable. Staffing up offshore.
