Pros

The company culture is mostly shaped by the managers of the team. I am very fortunate and extremely lucky to be under my manager who is genuinely caring to all of his employees personally and professionally. He is very straightforward with us and all of his expectations and always so supportive in achieving our goals. His attitude transferred over to my supervisor who also adopts the transparency, honest, supportive, and caring approach. The atmosphere is friendly and very supportive amongst everyone. We are allowed some leeway but work always get done and is the highest priority.

Cons

Getting time approved can be tricky, but that's when communication is key. As long as the work gets done on time, then should be no problem in getting PTO approved.

Pros

Variety of employee benefits, flexible shifts, and enough paid time off. Overtime available. Variety of projects during the slow season to allow for learning of new skills that may peak interest in new career outlooks.

Cons

Extremely hard to make career advancement especially within your department (it's been recommended to transfer out of the department then after a year in your new role try to transfer back into your desired position). interviewing process is excruciatingly frustrating and I've seen so many flopped interviews; People who have no business being in a leading role being handed the position while those that have the leading skill but didn't acquire the job are forced to pick up the slack of the inexperienced. The yearly pay raise is a joke; Like $0.10 if your lucky but it's a cost center so it's to be expected. They just got rid of the bonus program due to the recent scandal over opening false accounts. Unfair wages- 2years of being a top producer only to be paid the same as a new hire who got full time yesterday.
