Pros

I worked at Wells Fargo for a little over a year and it was a great team and good manager.

Cons

I'm still confused as to the way they terminated my contract. I casually shared with the team that I had not slept in 2 days after I had just completed a change in production. It had been a busy week and I was able to complete every task given to me. Anyway half an hour after I shared this with my team my vendor called me telling me that because I had sleeping issues my manager didn't think I could do my job and terminated my contract. I never heard of anyone getting fired because they didn't sleep. So lesson learned. Don't share any personal things with your team wherever you might be working. They will use it against you eventually.

Pros

Good pay, hybrid schedule, and the job expectations are pretty light.

Cons

Completely toxic management. Lack of trust towards employees. Aggressive use of spyware on your computer monitoring every click. If you are productive your reward is more work so mediocrity is what you'll want to aim for. Massive over-hiring leads to lack of work to do. If you are good at doing nothing but click back and forth for 6 hours a day to remain active then this is the job for you!

Blatant Favoritism

Pros

- Consistent 40hr schedule, weekends off - Slightly above average pay for entry level job - Easy workload

Cons

- Favoritism amongst managerial staff and tellers - Unprofessional gossiping even amongst managers to lower staff - Managers (that are married/in established relationships) clearly have some sort of intimate relationship that everyone recognizes but won't do anything about - Managers think the rules apply to everyone else but not them - Managers clearly need more sensitivity training when it comes to customers who are transgender or those with mental disabilities/special needs. Lots of insensitive vocabulary used.
