Pros

We have the opportunity to learn how to communicate affectively with team members and customers. You learn to understand understand how to cross sell and become the "voice" of Wells Fargo. You learn the foundation of banking as a Phone Banker so that you may move forward in any retail banking position.

Cons

It's too busy. Those are three words that I say out loud almost every single day. You take an average of 100 calls per day with questions that can easily be answered through other mediums.

Pros

Great place to work. Bonuses offered for making sales goals. Lots of opportunity for continuing education and upward mobility. Tuition reimbursement is a major plus.

Cons

Sales. Being forced to shove sales down customers throats that just want to get in and out of the bank as fast as possible,
