      Pros

      great benefit packages even for part time employees. strong company. great employees to work with.

      Cons

      phone bank is very cut and dry in regards to attendance. There is absolutely no leniency in regards to time off or if you will be absent. Working within the branch that was not the case.

      Pay as a consultant was great for a 25 yr old, I have really valued the experience and cant wait to start a perm job elsewhere

      Cons

      The management could have been better, they seem to be all over the place every time I worked there over the past years.
