Pros

There is a lot to learn in Wells Fargo. I have learned a lot here and am still learning a lot every day. There are good opportunities for growth within Wells Fargo. The managers treat us with respect, and we are rewarded for our hard work.

Cons

Work load can get very busy sometimes. The pay can be a little better. But I am very satisfied since I'm still learning. The other large banks pay more.

Pros

The best is the resources they have. They have a great network that can help you reach your numbers and see if the job is good for you. It is important to be a hardworker, and determined to do well in this job. It does require you to be on the phone a good amount of the time. If you like being on the phone the job has it's benefits. You have your own desk and it is a youthful organization. If your managers are good you will have a great work environment. It really depends on the branch you are in.

Cons

The down side of working at wells fargo financial is that you are always on the phone. the base salary is pretty low. You have to be in an environment that reaches it numbers on a consistent basis. If you branch is doing well then you will do well. If you don't like being on the phone then you will not like this job. If you do enjoy being on the phone then this is the job for you. It is alot of talking and interacting with people who may not always want the products you are promoting. You have to be ready for that.

Pros

Great for those who need structure, pay is okay once you move out of retail banking, brand recognition. Career paths, very little hiring outside the company.

Cons

Companny focuses on customer care, but really, its mainly about whether you sell enough or not. High stress environment, must be willing to hunt for sales constantly. if you cant sell/upsell, dont work here. Be flexible with the location of your job, you will be transitioned.
