Pros

Monthly lunches paid for by account executives. Opportunity for overtime. Wonderful management. Great office moral. Random monthly insentives/prizes for high numbers. Casual dress code.

Cons

Temp employee's can only for up to 18 months. Then they let you go. Overall pretty hodge podge office furnature and accessories. You have to scrounge for a decent office chair. This just makes me think that the higer up's really don't care. A lot of employee's crammed into a small amount of space.

Pros

Good starting point if you are inexperienced to banking. Good benefits

Cons

Wells wants to be the next Wamu. In their desire to gain market share, they are putting more emphasis on quantity over quality of banking relationships. They want to be the walmart of banks and just like walmart, employee turnover is increasing. Management promotes from within only to keep salaries down.

Pros

It's a good place to learn basic sales skills They offer great benefits and bonus incentives Good upper level management

Cons

Prepare to be micromanaged The pay is only good if you meet the monthly criteria of product goals, which in this economy isn't the easiest thing to do.
