Pros

Good benefits and salary is competitive, that's it.

Cons

You dont know true micro-management unless you've worked at Wells Fargo. Everything we do is analyzed to death to the point that it becomes counterproductuve. The sales process is also way too long with all of the paperwork we need to complete and the fact that we actually need approval to open each account, which is ridiculous. Wells has taken away all of the responsibility we used to have and treats us like children. Also, clients are becoming annoyed now that we try to sell them something every time they step into the bank. With all of this, sales goals are absolutely absurd. They are so astronomical that its laughable. All the company cares about is your sales numbers, period. They could care less about the employee, and it is very frustrating to work there anmd deal with this. Very tough bank to work for!

Pros

worked roughly 8+ hrs per day, but management didnt really care if you showed up exactly on time as long as your work was done. decent pay, and lunch provided about 3x per week. also have a gym and didnt have to drive into Philly which was nice

Cons

sourcing can become mundane, small business feel, sometimes the days go by really slow from ppl hanging up on you.

Pros

Lots of vacation days. Very stable company. Team is very outgoing and very well diversified. Schedule is very flexible and able to accomidate personal days needed off.

Cons

It sometimes feels like we are only new account reps and no so much a personal banker. We are all about the customer service, but with the amount of new accounts expected from upper management to open, it is challenging to provide a Wow experience.
