      1) Benefits, like PTO, Tuition Reimbursement 2) Stable organization

      Cons

      1) Expected to work significant extra hours to make unrealistic deadlines 2) Limited growth strategy 3) Place too much significance on meeting numbers, and penalized if numbers are not met, including termination. 4) Have to solicit job feedback and organization communication updates from managers vs. communications from top.

      Pros

      The people were very knowledgeable and friendly. My peers were on rge sane team as I was. When we had to meet sales goals, I felt like their was a healthy competitive spirit, yet a feeling of co-operation because we all wanted to succeed. As a result, the company morale was very high and and the employees were respected. The benefits were good as well.

      Cons

      The hours were very rigid and there was a lot of working in the evenings because that is the best time to catch people at home. Therefore, it was difficult to balance family and work.

      The benefits that Wells Fargo provides are outstanding - lots of time off, good health benefits, 6% matching for 401K. There is also a lot of opportunity for movement within the company.

      Cons

      It's such a big company, the customer service is not always personal and not always good. Sometimes, there is a lot of passing the buck before you can find the right person to take care of a customers.
