Pros

There are bonuses, and eventually the job gets easy. If you stay there long enough and you're competent, you're eventually going to move up.

Cons

They push you to sell stuff all the time, it actually turns into a stressful environment at times. There is also a lot of drama, and the teller job can get very boring. Their way of customer service and what they make you do is stupid and can be stressful.

Pros

Cons

My boss yells at us a lot and makes us feel bad The company is too nit picky The company seems to hire a lot of people that are not good fits A lot of people can't get along with each other and Wells Fargo seems to promote that. Wells Fargo pays the lowest salary of any company in the Bay Area I am a stellar performer and only got 2% raise Wells Fargo management gets bonuses and doesn't share with workers Wells Fargo makes all workers volunteer and give money to charities and takes credit and tax breaks. Wells Fargo got big bailout and never paid it back

Pros

- Great community. Management really do try to emphasize on building a community both within the company and outside. - Supportive of developing the talent. Always got my training approved and there's also a LOT of free, internal training. - Really emphasize on teamwork rather than on being competitive with your co-workers.

Cons

- Can become too specialized if stay too long, as everyone has a defined role or worked with a specific application / product. - Have heard that it is hard to get good raises, although the number of vacation days is higher than industry.
