Pros

wells fargo offers a base salary for a sales job, with great benefits. no overtime cap, can, and will work plenty of overtime. lots of down time to play on the computer.

Cons

high high high sales pressure, lack of respect. can be on top of the world one month, but see what happens when you have down month. constantly driven into the ground on a daily means about how bad you are doing. constantly pointing out all the negatives about being on the infamous "zero list". all about calling the same people cycled every week but still trying to force outrageous loans on prime customers. because they are the only ones who will be approved.

Pros

great benefits and the local staff that i work with is fantastic. when i do leave wfb, i will leave with some lifelong friendships

Cons

sales pressure is horrific, brought on by upper management who set unrealistic goals without ever stepping foot in the shoes of a teller/cssr/pb or any other position that goals matter.

Pros

good benefits and good locations to work at, if in California.

Cons

pay structure..dont get paid for what your worth..rather than how much management wants to pull the wool over your eyes. Management structuring is horrible, people who are not qualified to manage or lead ever are somehow promoted to high level status. Branches are run like sweat shops and banker/cssr's/tellers are required to do everything but sell there soul on a daily basis. The requirements to work there are that you sell people things they dont need and shouldnt have, car salesman have a bad rap. But when its in perspective Bankers at Wells are told to be a million more times pushier than the local used car salesman. Could be a great company to work for then again isnt that the same for all of them...!
