      Pros

      My team had a great work/life balance and very flexible schedules but it really depends on your job and manager. I would rate the pay as above average for newer employees.

      Cons

      Good pay early on but can easily "cap out" and feel like your career is a lame duck. Much of the work is extremely tedious, we can spend months to fulfill a request from internal auditors because they really don't know what they want you to do, just keep wanting to see it done differently.

      Pros

      Calm, relaxed, casual environment. Plenty of time to learn your position and job duties without stress. Friendly co-workers and very helpful. Management is there to support you.

      Cons

      Because I'm still training, I have a lot of extra time on my hands. But I know that will pass
