Pros

Someone in IT can make a career at Wells Fargo, as long as they have the personality to get along with a wide variety of people with a wide variety of skill sets.

Cons

The diversity of Wells Fargo's employees is fantastic; however, in addition to racial diversity there is also a broad spectrum of competence levels. One must be patient and tolerant of a good number of less-than-competent co-workers.

Pros

The company offers great advancement opportunities and decent sales incentives. You can easily move from position to position within the bank as long as you are a top sales producer. This can be great for those without degrees to help advance their career.

Cons

The bank tends to over stress sales. There were countless weeks and nights that my branch was forced to stay at night and make outbound calls in order to maitain adequate levels of sales for the quarter. If you make sales management could care less about anything else you might do wrong.
