Depends on the group, but in Internet Services Group, it has extremely low morale, incompetent people are constantly promoted over more deserving folks, far too many politics, bell curve review / pay increase & bonus structure doesn't reward a strong team of people, Senior leadership for the most part have no leadership skills and are very out of touch with their customers as well as their employees.

Management. This division of Wells Fargo is poorly managed and morale is horrible. Sales goals are set too high and are unachievable in most cases. They have people in management positions who should not be in that position because he/she lack the ability to lead teams effectively. Barking at people and blame-storming because of your mistakes are not management styles.
