Pros

Good benefits, mostly good people to work with, extremely fair compensation, and overall most managers are flexible about work life balance

Cons

Technology location strategy limiting talent to select markets, unclear information for executive leadership, behind in technological developments, internal bureaucracy causes extreme lag in the ability to see a project to fruition.

Pros

Pto is the only pro at this bank - every single thing is a con here

Cons

A bunch of high paid JPM execs running this bank that every 3 months finds a way to reduce everyone else’s compensation. Reduced bonuses, no pay raise, no profit sharing, all 401k matching now deferred until dec 31 each year, high medical plan costs, no stipends for working from home and now they are requiring employees to buy their own work computers.

Pros

Salary Benefits PTO 401K Stable, established company Multiple jobs within the company, but very specialized which makes it difficult to get another job within WF

Cons

Work/Life Balance - All Work and No Life I had lots of PTO, but there was too much work to do and I wasn't able to take time off. Employees are not valued or recognized for great work. Bottom-line profit and company reputation are what matter most. I was on teams with people who did not take initiative, which made it impossible to effectively do my job. As an East Coast employee, I was expected to stay online to accommodate West Coast team members. I was also expected to participate in evening conference calls to accommodate West Coast team members' busy schedules. The work/life balance of our teammates in India was never given much priority. Teams operate in silos Communication about changes to processes and procedures is poor and not timely If you 'raise your hand' and question something, then you're frowned upon.
