Pros

The benefits are decent enough with multiple health plans to choose from to fit your type of needs. Good time off per year with gaining more per year and capping out after a few years. Flexible management with time off and moving team members around to cover shortages. Semi-decent schedules. Tough to get

Cons

Terrible out of touch top level management: Changed sick policy during covid and will be forcing employees to return to work in office. It felt as though work from home was dangled in front of employees to make them work harder and regularly perform above expectations. While nice on a resume, it is extremely stressful to want to put in 100% when it is now being treated as a forced full time back in the office.

Pros

Overall, it is a great company to work for. The pay is good, the benefits are good and there are many growth opportunities if you want them. They are great about communication through townhalls. I have always had managers that care about you as a person and realize that work life balance is important. They also do things for the employees to show appreciation.

Cons

Executives do not support 100% remote. Many employees have no team members onsite, so you drive into the office to sit on Skype, which you can do from home. There is a lot of change going on and the company is behind the times in automation, which means employees are saddled with complex manual processes. The control environment is improving very slowly, but there is still much work to be done.
