Digital has been like "family". Work with many hard working, dedicated and smart team members. Original culture and values, especially in Digital, made me proud and a great place to work.

Cons

Too much turbulence and turnover. Lots of new executives and layers of senior management added. Current environment of adding more risk controls and cleaning house in management is introducing too many changes and burning out staff. Seeing many great long time employees exiting for greener pastures. Quicky losing the original culture and compassion in senior management that made me enjoy working here.
