Pros

Can’t think of a single one

Cons

Too many levels of management Advisors are basically ignored unless they do over $1,000,000 in production Bankers telling advisors how to manage their business No commission on any trades under $125 22% payout on all accounts under $100,000 Can’t understand the rest of the compensation plan. Too complicated.

Pros

I was extremely well taken care of during my 20+ year tenure in Wells Fargo's Wholesale Banking Group. I worked with many intelligent and wise managers and senior managers and everyone fully dedicated themselves to running a group that we were proud of. I learned so much and always felt that I was an extremely valued member of the team. I was always given opportunities to reach and grow.

Cons

Senior Management and Human Resources needs to be more respectful to individuals during the reorganization/layoff process. It is very difficult to be a very highly rated and highly valued employee one day ... and just a "severance package recipient" the next day. The process is unceremoniously cold, and doesn't need to be that way.

Pros

Generous benefits, and decent work life balance depending on your team culture.

Cons

The place is slow and unorganized. The org is going through a lot of changes and the senior leadership team seems to have zero understanding of what it actually takes to get work done. Changes in processes and organizational structure has only made things more inefficient and costly, not less. Seems counterintuitive for a place that keeps talking about cutting costs and making things more efficient. Takes 9-12 months to launch a new marketing campaign. In 2018. Not sure how it will remain competitive in the marketplace.
