Pros

401k is 6% match, tuition reimbursement, and other typical perks of the big corporate environment.

Cons

WF execs and upper management are clueless about the environment below them. Ever since all the scandals, they have shifted focus to customers and have completely given up caring about their employees. Employees are suffering big pay cuts, essentially paying for all the fines that WF is being hit with. Morale has hit an all-time low but nothing is being done to reverse it. Pay is structured now around a lot of factors that are out actually of your control. Anytime you can't control your paycheck, you are going to feel totally helpless. Typical corporate feedback system - "Your Opinion Counts" is just jargon for "We have to find a way to make it look like we care". Until they actually do something to reverse the downfall, nobody's opinion counts.

Pros

Good steady work, no overtime, good about taking time off as long as they know about it, good 401K matching.

Cons

Companies Reputation. repetitive work, no one seems to know how one system works with another, boring 1/2 the time...no work to do.

Pros

The initial hike is good. That's how they lure candidates. Transportation facility is provided. Lot of activities and awareness programs.

Cons

Management doesn't have proper future perspective. Managers lack capability, can't handle team members properly and are biased. Disrespectful towards others opinions and no work or social ethics. No scope for learning new things as most of the applications are legacy and very less scope of change. Way behind other banks in terms of technology. Appraisals aren't that good even if you get high rating. Company still not in good shape after the debacle of credit card fraud.
